Fours stars is my max for a budget hotel and this hotel gets four stars.

Location very close to interstate 5.
Pretty, quasi wooded lot.
Interior entrance doors for rooms.
Very good staff
Very good warm breakfast including link sausage, pre-made cheese omlets, pre made hash rounds, waffle station, cold cereals, milk (including almond milk)

Hi Kevin,

I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay here. Many of our guest really enjoy our wooded surroundings. Thank you for your kind words about our staff and our breakfast.

We hope to see you the next time you're in town.

We had a clean, comfortable room and a quiet night. We would have preferred an upper floor, but policy said guests with pets had to stay on the first floor. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. We will be back.

This used to be a Best Western, then became a Quality Inn and is now due to become a Hilton Hotel.

The rooms are the quality you expect at a Best Western. Decore in rooms are updated. Beds are very comfortable. Flatscreen TVs. Large desks. Individual chairs.

Hotel offers hot and cold breakfast options
outdoor pool

It is an older, 80's style hotel that has been remodeled. The soon-to-be renovation is going to be from the ground up when it switches over to a Hilton Hotel.

Its okay. The interstate next to it sure kicks up some noise. The rooms and hallways have a heavy, too sweet odorizer smell. The facility itself seems aged but is well kept, considering. And it is clean! Normally, i'd give it a solid 3 but due to the better than most other Portland hotels/ motels pricing, it gets a 4.

Room tip: As for a room away from the front (Interstate side).

Had a great stay! We l, myself and 7 yo son, had been sitting in hours of traffic coming back from watching the eclipse. This was a welcome oasis. Older hotel yes but still well maintained. All rooms have a deck. Pool area clean with chairs and umbrellas. We went for a swim at night and the pool was lit. Breakfast was just average. But had fruit, yogurt, waffles, muffins. Room was clean. Staff I encountered were very nice. Near the freeway, restaurants, Fred Meyer nearby. Has fridge and microwave. I would stay again if in the area. They accommodate pets, although we didn't have one.
