Sisters is a nice little town in Orego with lots of Western style houses and shops. I would prefer it to busier and bigger Bend.
This house with only a small number of really large and comfortable rooms was a treat! The host Julie is very attentive. She runs the B&B on her own with a feeling for nice details. There is a spacious comfortable living room and a large porch overlooking the yard. Breakfast is served at a round table which makes it easy to get into contact with the other guests. Since this B&B is a bit out of downtown the surroundings are quiet and deer may visit the yard. There are various nice restaurants in the Main street which is only a short walk from the house.
I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this unique B&B, one of the best we ever had.

Room Tip: All rooms are fine with lots of space

The house is extremely well kept, down to the smallest details, and Julie cooked incredible food for us and all of the guests each morning. We loved our stay at the house, and found it to be relaxing, welcoming, and comfortable as can be. Highly recommended!

Very clean and neat with 4 different outdoor theme rooms. Great breakfast and very attentive owner, Julie to make everything comfortable. The location is very convenient to walk or bike to all the shops, pubs, and restaurants in town. They have bikes available for use. Would definitely go there again and recommend to friends. The grounds are very well kept and relaxing to just sit on the porch to enjoy the many Oregon wines.
Breakfast is served at 9, it could be earlier for those who want to head outdoors sooner.
Its a five star place.

Room Tip: The Lodge and Metolius rooms are slightly small than other two rooms

Julie was a wonderful host. She not only owns Blue Spruce, but she does everything there, from shopping to cleaning the rooms, doing the laundry and cooking wonderful breakfasts! The rooms have an Oregon theme. Ours was the Ponderosa and had interesting decorations such as leathers and chaps hanging on the walls and a huge chest at the foot of the bed where she stores extra bed linens and blankets. The bed was very comfortable (and we are fussy). The bathroom is large with both a shower and jacuzzi tub with loads of candles you can light with the supplied butane lighter. There is also a mini fridge under the bathroom counter stocked with 2 free bottles of water daily.

Coffee is out by 7:00 and breakfast is served at 9:00. We are early risers, but the timing did work out well for us. Julie is an excellent cook and made 2 different tarts for 2 of the days we were there. The 2 alternate days she made ricotta cheese pancakes with lemon sauce, and banana waffles served with both maple syrup and a cinnamon cream syrup. Everyone eats family style at a round table with a lazy susan. It gave us a chance to meet the other guests and get good advice about touring the area.

In addition to the wonderful meals, Julie also leaves snacks in jars out all day. There was a trail mix, chips and one other thing. She also bakes cookies every afternoon, and has fresh water with lemon as well as fresh fruit out on the snack table.

There is a large porch in the back overlooking the well-maintained yard. There is also an outdoor fire pit with plenty of chairs. It's a very peaceful and relaxing setting.

Our first morning we saw a buck next door, and later saw the neighborhood doe and 2 fawns nibbling and then resting in Julie's garden. The location is very convenient. It's not right downtown, but only 3 blocks from the main street. We walked everywhere.

If I had a reason to be in Sisters, Oregon again, I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room and bathroom. It was very clean and neat. Our only complaint was breakfast, which was a very fixed menu....fruit, egg cup, chicken bacon and small piece of coffee cake. There was no cereal or juice. We left hungry. Also, it was served at 9am which is quite late for travellers.
