Great weekend with family Hotel was nice ! only thing is our King bed was so uncomfortable we had a hard time getting any sleep ! my sisters had a double bed room and said there beds were great ! everything else was great hot breakfast to take back to our room was one of the best breakfast we have had at a hotel More

Taking safety measures
We stop in Roseburg as a half way point to visit family a few times a year. My first impression was "oh, no, race car drivers behind the building." But by late afternoon they were gone and the rest of the time spent there was very comfortable. Clean room, easy access to car, good breakfast, friendly staff.

On check-in I was told I had to present my Best Western Reward discount at check-out the next morning meaning I had to once again enter the Lobby and interact with the Clerk. When checking out I waited over 15 minutes while the clerk helped out in the kitchen. On top of all that, the television would not work. When I contacted the desk they told me to unplug the set and reset it. Not to difficult an operation once I had crawled underneath the desk to find the plug. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem .

My husband and I spent our wedding night in the spa suite, and it was beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for couples wanting a romantic night. They left rose petals everywhere and chocolates on the bed. The breakfast was hot and delicious and we were so thankful that they had breakfast despite COVID! Very friendly staff. We had the best stay at best western.

This is a convenient and modest accommodation that has never disappointed. The staff is wonderful and the rooms just fine. This is an especially accessible location in town compared to other hotels, access to and from restaurants and a short hop for deliveries (during covid) make it nice. The pool and hot tub are clean, and when I have traveled with a dog they have been very accommodating.
