We love Italian food. This is the only non chain place for it here that seemed worthy of the name. The food was excellent. We chose the veal scallopini, and the clam linguini. In addition, I had the Caeser salad, and a rum cake desert and coffee. All were good, with fresh ingredients, and a good balance of flavors. The linguini had a little too much red pepper in it, over powering the clams to some extent, but that might just be a matter of choice and taste. The atmosphere was good- we were able to have a conversation without having to raise our voices, and the decoration was soothing.
The only real negative was that our waitress seemed rushed. She did not check on our meals until we were nearly done. We will definitely return, as there were other dishes on the menu that were very tempting.
