Great 2 bedroom rental (one bath is en suite). Good security, excellent information demo stay Alfred, underground parking, balcony, fully equipped. Wonderful location across from the Portland art museum, in a shady, tree-love Ned Boulevard, just a short walk from downtown and the Pearl District. Booked directly with stay Alfred, who confirmed that there would be Two sets of keys available, as we were 2 couples.

We had a fantastic stay in this hip downtown Portland location. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooked a meal for eight people and had plenty of space. Cute balcony space too. Nice clean place with two bedrooms and two baths. It's within walking distance to lots of Portland attractions. We walked to the Saturday Market and the Chinese Garden. If you get the garage parking space, be careful. It's a very tight downtown garage. Stay Alfred did a great job with the directions on how to get into the apartment and use the key fob. New building. Would definitely stay again! :)
Our family of four plus golden retriever spent six nights in this clean and comfortably furnished modern apartment. Two walls of windows made the space feel much bigger than it is and provide a view of the west hills and treetops on the South Park blocks. We lacked for nothing. (There was even a Graco Pack 'N Play in the closet.) The welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch. We would definitely book this again.
The location in the Cultural District is just north of PSU and is convenient to everything downtown.
Definitely pay the extra fee for an underground parking space. Street parking is restricted and hard to find. We felt safe everywhere we went but overnight car break-ins are not uncommon. (Don't leave anything in your car worth breaking a window for.)
Our stay in Portland at the Ladd property was perfect. The location is accessible to shopping, eating, and activities downtown with just a short walk, and it is nice to have off street parking available. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished with a beautiful view of the city. Everything was perfect!
Located a few minutes from the heart of downtown Portland the apartment was central to attractions such as the theater, art museum and close to public transit that will take you anywhere else in the city. We loved the kitchen, balcony, nearly 180 views of the city. and the washer and dryer were very nice! I have no complaints it was a wonderful location for our trip to Portland. Sad we had to leave!
