This newly renovated little house is very comfortable and well-appointed. If you like green interior design/green construction, it's worth checking out just from that perspective! There's parking, and a lovely private patio in back. Thoughtfulness is carried throughout- comfortable beds, nice towels and sheets, everything you need for cooking... New Season's is right around the corner, as are some of the hippest dining spots in Portland. We loved it, and would definitely choose to stay here again.
I am a Portland resident and needed a spot to have my parents stay for a couple days since my husband got sick and didn't want to bring them home to get the cold as well.
Susan was super quick with communication and helped me out!
THIS LOCATION is 100% bananas! So much Portland goodness. You are one block from New Seasons, the snuggliest grocery store ever. AS WELL as stone's throw to People's Food Coop which has a juice food cart, and all your vegetarian and vegan needs covered.
NEXT, for entertainment and food out, hold on to your hat! Division street is rife with tasty treats. Nuestra Cocina, Bar Avignon (spelling off there on those too!), Pok Pok, the Tidbit food cart pod, all walkable form here. Great breakfast available at Broder, Off the Waffle, and so much more.
Take the Bus to Mt Tabor! Hike and get greta city views!
There is Zenana spa close, as well as a sauna place, and that is JUST division street.
From here you can walk Ladd's addition, access Hawthorne street, and if you are a big trekker love on Belmont and Stark street. Also could easily access Brooklyn neighborhood and Sellwood via bus or max. If exploring SE
Also close to downtown via Uber, the Bus, or Max.
Lastly, super well appointed, clean and cozy modern. This place is adorable and brand spanking new. Additional lovely bonus is the washer dryer on the first floor! Pack for just a few days and be a light traveler!
