Finally made it here for a late lunch and then breakfast. I really enjoyed the coffee here both times. I intend to try the pour over next time. They also offer house made pastries, various teas, Italian sodas, green smoothies etc. The crepes with fresh fruit come with a good variety of fruit although the crepes were average. The veggie omelette was amazing with seven different kinds of fresh vegetables cooked perfectly. The house made corned beef hash was to die for! The cottage style potatoes are very good and the house made biscuits are delicious. We also purchased two of their house made pasties, one veggie and one beef and veggie, we heated these up at our resort in the oven and they were excellent. The pastry was nice and flaky and the pasties were large. In fact the servings here are generous enough for two meals! This is a popular place with a wonderful menu and friendly service. Place your order at the counter and then they will deliver your order to your table.

The only place on the bay front that we found open for breakfast! Small, crowded, long lines. Worth the wait, great staff, lots of interesting options on the menu, everything our party ordered was great!

My partner is all about the coffee. So when we saw an establishment with great reviews and so much history, we had to stop in. The location is on the tourist strip, so plan ahead for extra traffic/parking time. The main disappointment was the coffee; it was "just okay." That written, the food was fresh and portions generous (we ordered blueberry pancakes and biscuits and gravy). So if you're looking for special or remarkable coffee, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you want a simple, tasty breakfast meal, this is a fine choice.

Had the fish sandwich which came with a nice little side salad, dressing was homemade and delicious, the fish perfectly fried on a ciabatta roll. The whole dish was beautifully presebted with lettuce and tomatoes and a delicious remoulade. My husband had the breakfast omelette and he was as pleased as I was.

Sooo much more than coffee! I'm never disappointed when filling the hunger here! Nutritious and huge servings, numerous breakfast/lunch options, drink choices abounding, and friendly service are my reasons for loving this quaint "Coffee House". You can choose breakfast or lunch anytime and it will satisfy your tongue and tummy every time!
The challenging bayfront parking during touring season may offer you a short stroll to earn that hearty meal, but it's totally worth it.
Their menu will appease your taste for a German Reuben sandwich, or seafood crabcakes, or an English pastie, or the good old American eggs, et al.
