My wife and I hand a nice noontime meal at The Painted Lady this afternoon in Myrtle Creek. In the British tradition, "high tea" is normally served as a snack between lunch and dinner. We chose to have the Queens Tea meal at noon that included English Tea, chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered orange slices, cucumber sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, and tea cakes. For desert we had strawberry ice cream and oreo cheese cake. It was delicious! Each room has a theme, and are decorated with many different kinds of paintings. The room where we ate was called "The Blue Room" and had many paintings of old sailing ships. We will definitely go back! Maybe we will stay in one of the rooms at there B&B.More
