Booked this based on reviews and wasn't disappointed. The room was nice and they have an excellent complimentary breakfast. I was a little dismayed at the $25 pet fee, but it was still a good deal - I would stay here again.

When looking for a place to stay in Klamath Falls most hotels were..... 1. Too expensive.......2. No vacancies...... 3 Roach Moaches......... The Cimarron had vacancies, not too badly prices and not a dump........ Friendly front desk staff....... comfortable bed......... The only slight issue is there are a lot of workers who stay here who are heading to work around 630 am...... I just waited until they were all gone and went back to sleep..... breakfast is simple, would like to see link sausages....... overall not a bad place to stay....

We were really pleased with our stay at this Inn. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was simple, but the food - especially the scrambled eggs - were fresh. The service at the front desk was great.

We brought our dog with us, a young Labrador, on his first-ever road trip. And that's what tips this rating scale to a 5! First of all, they gave us a room on the ground floor which was big enough for the dog to walk around some. (Although we kept him in a crate most of the time.) There is a dog run/bike path behind the building that goes on for a couple of miles with intermittent bag dispensers and trash cans available. Best of all, they have a "dog washing station" at the corner of the building to clean his dirty little paws before returning to the room.

We decided to spend an extra night there - after driving to Crater Lake for the day. And, on the next leg of our trip, we checked in at the Oxford Suites in Redding. Our thanks to all the staff. - Bruce and Maryellen, and MacKinley.

Very nice stay. Comfortable, quiet & great hotel. Cold when arrived and room was warm.Friendly at reception and clean room. Cannot fault it.
Very nice breakfast with lots of choice and good hot food to choose from. All in with the reasonable price too. Two very happy British with this hotel.

Room Tip: All round great hotel

I went with the higher rating because the customer service at the front desk was great when I checked-in yesterday, and the bed was wonderful!!!

Free Breakfast....the biscuit with gravy was very good, and I loved that the scrambled eggs were cooked "dry." Can't stand wet eggs. So thank you for cooking them properly. I tried the orange juice, but it has a weird, sour taste to it, so that was not good. The service area where the food is kept was pretty messy. Granted it was busy, but it's unappealing to see a dirty counter where food is. There was only one person working in there, so that's a factor. Can't keep tables/counters/dining area clean, and keep the food replenished, with just one person.

Free High Speed WIFI...that was nice, and I think it was actually hi speed. But, according to the desk clerk, speed varies depending on which room you're in, so if that's important to you, be sure to ask for a room that has good coverage.

The big negative, for me, was the carpet in the room (143). Nasty. Definitely glad I travel with flip flops so that I don't have to walk barefoot. They really need to either deep clean the carpet or replace it. Uninviting. And it can't help make you wonder if the rest of the room is clean.

And the walls are paper thin. I was sitting at the desk and suddenly heard voices and I would have sworn that people were in the bathroom!!! It was quiet after midnight, so I did sleep well. But if you happen to have noisy neighbors, could be a problem.
