Six of us went to C Street to celebrate my birthday. Everyone ordered something different, and every single dish was amazing. I ordered the crab cakes, which are gluten free, but you would never know! They're the best crab cakes I've ever had. Our server was awesome and accommodated every one of our needs. Plus there was a croquet set that we got to play while we were waiting for our food (and late friends haha). Dont forget to make a reservation! You won't get in otherwise. Thanks C Street, you guys are the bomb!

Such a small place but big on great food! Dinner portions are ample and the staff is over-the-top nice.

Though this is a very small place, there was outdoor dining on the patio and in front of the bistro. It was tough to decide what to choose....but went for the Forager burger. They even offer gluten free options.
This is a delightful place with limited hours and days of operation.
Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes!

Want a burger that is ground from steak only when you order it? This is the place! Small “European Feel”

My wife and I dined with another couple on a Friday night. We had reservations and were offered a choice of outdoors or indoors. Little too cool so we sat indoors. Service was typical of southern Oregon; slow and spotty. Took too long to provide menus and too long before orders were taken. Salads were OK. Brussel's sprout appetizer was good. Salads arrived in shifts, when we asked we were told two salads had been sent to the wrong table, thus the four salads arrived about ten minutes apart. Halibut was good, my filet mignon was over salted (when I mentioned it, the owner said that both he and the cook had salted it by mistake.) (Why then, had he served it?) We had two orders of lamb that were served cold, they were sent back, microwaved and returned to the table somewhat overcooked. We brought two bottles of wine and were charged corkage on both. In view of the numerous faux paz (and acknowledgements thereof) it would have been nice if some consideration had been shown; waived corkage, comped salad, or such. But alas in the restaurant wasteland that is southern Oregon this is sadly to be expected. If you want fine dining in Jacksonville go with the proven winners; Jacksonville Inn or Gogi's.
