Our most recent visit was Excellent! Prices are a good value. Burger was one of the Best and the Club Sandwich was also one of the Best! If you haven’t been in a while or never been, give them a try. Pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.

Been going to High Rocks for over twenty years. The food has recently become mundane and the clam chowder which was the best in the area now tastes as though it came out of a can. Like in other sports bars, use to get free sodas when playing the video machines. Not now. Very disappointed.

We recently had our third meal in about a year at High Rocks. Under new management as of the end of June, but very little has perceptibly changed. Same great service.

My husband had the Reuben sandwich with tater tots and I rolled the dice and tried the prime rib sandwich with tots. The Reuben was reported to be excellent and the prime rib sandwich was also very good. I swear, it was the same type of prime rib I paid a lot more money for at a fancy steak house in Santa Fe, NM, except this one was less fatty and better prepared.

We will most likely eat here again as it is next door to our dentist. The servers here are excellent!

Even though the restaurant itself is very dated and needs a remodel, it has a sentimental feel from growing up in Gladstone,it would be kind of sad if it changed too much. I had a crispy chicken salad which far exceeded expectations in taste and quality even though it was a tad on the small side for a dinner salad. My husband said it was an excellent steak, which came with a large dinner salad and generous order of fries. Everybody's food was great at large table full of people. Very friendly service and over in the bar you could tell folks were having a great old time. In a good way that makes you smile, it wasn't drunk karaoke or anything. LOL

Each time we go, the food gets worse and worse. We keep going back thinking it will get better. After this last visit we probably won't be back. Service is great, everyone is always really nice...food has just gone downhill.
