This is not a safe hotel to stay at. Upon arrival, we were pretty much told that car break ins are a problem. Well. Our car got broken into even after leaving it right near a hotel door under a bright street light. This is obviously a issue that the hotel just puts on the customer to deal with. Theirs no choice of where to park but their parking lot. Theirs glass all over the parking lot which shows just how bad it is. They need to have better safety measures in place as this apparently happens all the time. Absolutely ridiculous.

The room itself had a huge stain next to the bed that looked to be previous throw up. I had a hard time not wearing shoes while walking around the room. That and the car break in alone ruined our trip. DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND REPLACING $100’s OF DOLLARS IN WINDOW REPLACEMENT.

This was our last stop on our way home and my husband said - Holiday Inn Express from now on" the others don't compare. We love your beds and the showers in the room I stayed in were the perfect size. We patterned our master bath remodel after the size of the shower in the Central Point location

Room tip: We stayed in room 309 and the bed was very comfortable and the shower is quite roomy

This property was very good before and has since been upgraded to an even higher level. During our visit in July 2020 we were delighted with the upgrading, the improved quality of the room, the safety measures in place for guests and employees and excellent service. The meal accommodations made in response to Covid were all packaged food. Hard to accomplish with bacon and eggs but everything else was quite acceptable. The cinnamon buns and muffins were very good. Outdoor parking plus parking garage available.

This hotel has done a great job still providing a good breakfast including Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches (sausage and egg on biscuit or croissant), cinnamon rolls, juice boxes, yogurt, etc. Everything is packaged or wrapped to avoid contamination problems. The friendly lady kept things stocked, too.

The room was very nice with a luggage space which accommodated 3 carry-on suitcases, a desk and chair and a comfortable chair with a footstool. There was a very spacious walk-in shower (no tub). Everything was clean and nice looking. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also an indoor pool which looked inviting. Free parking in the parking garage.

Just back from three nights. The room was impeccably clean and nice size. The shower was great. Because of covid, housekeeping did not come by everyday, but a quick call to the front desks got extra towels. Breakfast was still available with prepackaged muffins, yogurt, cereal and breakfast sandwiches. They're was a Kerrigan in the room for hot coffee and tea. Super close to UofO . My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great value, will be staying here again.
