This was our second time staying here and I dont think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Eugene ever again. This property is fantastic! The suite was so spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely be back again next year. Thank you Holiday Inn!!

We had a large room that appeared to be updated. There was a sofa and two chairs. Lots of outlets for electronics. Great lighting. Places to place 2 suitcases so they were easily accessible. Hooks to hang clothes. It was very functional. They have an indoor pool and a free guest laundry. Comfortable bed. There were good cookies available when we checked in. The front desk personnel were very nice but did not have much knowledge to pass on. My only complaint is that You have to be tall to adjust the shower head. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night while travelling thru Oregon on our way to Vancouver Canada. The hotel was under construction but that didn't bother us and we stayed on a Sunday night and left early Monday morning so didn't hear any noise.
The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable!
Would stay here again!

This is my third stay with this hotel this month and all I have to say is WOW!!! I cannot say enough good about this place. The spacious rooms, amazing breakfast room, fantastic pool and exercise room are just the start. What really makes this a second to none hotel to stay at is the staff and their service. Even during construction and renovations this staff makes it happen. From the upbeat, caring, brilliant desk staff of Shyann, Sam, Chantelle (days), and Essence, all of whom did everything in their power to accommodate our special needs during a very difficult time for my family; the attentive, caring breakfast room staff member Terri who kept the breakfast room exceptionally clean and stocked well above 4 star standard; Gabby and Katelyn our room attendants, who ensured our room was spotlessly clean, well stocked with supplies and that we were taken care of during our stay and finally Marlena whose skill in management of this staff shows in their output. Her heart for the customer and the hotel shows as she is proactive with engaging and available with a smile to those that stay here. These staff members are the heart of this hotel and make it a true home away from home. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed at this unplanned. We were on our way to a different hotel we we found out their pool was under some renovation. So we look for an alternative and found Holiday Inn Express. And boy are we glad or what.

We only stayed for one night (Mar 18-19), since we're on our road trip. The hotel is under some major renovations during our stay (but the pool was open). However, it didn't affect our stay at all. The room was so nice and very inviting. It has very modern feeling to it.

We're especially enjoyed the provided breakfast and for this very reason, we decided to cancelled the other other and stay here again on our way back home. Surprisingly for the style of this hotel, they provided some very tasty breakfast and plenty of variety. Even if you're a vegetarian. One of the lady (Lisa) was so nice to our kids. She stopped by our table and gave the kids some ducky toys. How sweet. All other hotel staff was courteous as well.

I didn't really take lots of pictures except for the room that we staying in (#802). However, I will take more pictures on our second stay four days from now.
