A group of 16 of us went to The Blue Canyon for Sunday Brunch to celebrate an anniversary. Our server was Mary and she did a very good job of taking care of us. We started with Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Both were very well made and very good. The raw bar with smoked salmon, peeled shrimp and oysters on the half shell were all very good, as was the nicely spiced cocktail sauce. They have a nice feature that you can order omelette, eggs Benedict, French toast, waffles or pancakes and they will be made fresh and delivered to your table. The eggs Benedict were good, with the poached egg cooked perfectly. However, we felt that the ham slice was too small and the hollandaise sauce was somewhat bland. The French toast, the waffles and the pancakes were all very good. There were a lot of cold and hot foods to choose from it’s a lot of variety. My granddaughter really looked the sauce on the curried lamb, however, she thought that the lamb was on the dry side. The pasta with sun dried tomatoes and pesto was excellent as was the baked chicken. Everyone enjoyed the beef tenderloin which was carved to order. Finally, there were plenty of good options for desert with lots of variety. We had a very enjoyable experience.a very e
