Was looking for a restaurant that would have good gluten free options and came across this place. They have everything from Pizza, sandwiches, and burgers,to main dishes. The atmosphere was fun and busy the food was good as well as the service. All their food options are not gluten free but can be made that way so for those of you who are not GF don't worry there are still so many options for you as well.

Finally visited this place. Been wanting to and glad I finally did. What a great place. Great ambience, great Happy Hour drinks and food. Pizza is super tasty. Would have liked to have tried the mussels but not available that day. But I have no doubt they would have been tasty. Now the best part-- service by Russ to start with and then Ashley who is just perfect. The gin and tonic was just so tasty.
I have been looking for a good place in Solon and glad my search is over.

What we like is the layout and ambience of the dining room. Tables are nicely spaced to give some privacy and elbow room. Also, the staff is perfect: attentive and friendly and there when needed.

The food? Between the tomato soup, the Philly Cheese Sandwich, and the Piedi Nudi pizza, the soup won by a mile. Or should I say the other dishes lost?

The Philly lacked seasoning; the kick of the horseradish was missing. Plus, the flank steak was overcooked. A disappointment.

The other item, the Piedi Nudi was a perfectly composed pizza with a crunchy crust. But again, the taste fell short of the optical impression.

The salt shaker came to the rescue.

Waited 10 minutes for waitress to come to our table. Waited 30 minutes for food to arrive at table. At the time there was only two other tables occupied, so the slow service is hard to rationalize. Food was very good. Paid with a VISA gift card. They didn't tell us they put 20% tip on gift card, maxed it out and said we still owed $3. We were confused because we knew gift card balance was enough to cover the bill. So we paid the $3 plus left $10 tip. That waitress made off with a $25 tip. What a rip.

Management response:Responded 16 February 2017

We sincerely apologize for the confusion both with the service and the gift card. We pride ourselves on being a small business serving the local community, and would never intentionally rip anyone off. We know that using gift cards at any tipped establishment (Like a restaurant or beauty salon) puts a hold on 20% of the card to be used for tipping. This does not occur at other locations where you do not tip (Like gas stations, grocery stores, etc...) We don't add 20% tip to any bill. This seems to be a confusing issue that companies like Visa need to do a better job explaining to people. I hope this helps, and I would like to invite you back anytime for another try. Please ask for me.

Respectfully
Izzy S.
