I will start by saying this room served its purpose. We had a place to sleep, shower and hang out for the weekend. It was overpriced but with the location i figured it would be worth it. I try to be as objective as possible because I work in a hotel and know that sometimes things happen. I gave 2 of 5 because we still had a good time but there were far more negatives than positives in regards to this place. we were not there to critique the hotel, so we didn't take pictures of all the gross to share. i kind of wish i had.

Positives:
The layout of the split level was great for our 10 person group. there were two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a kitchen, bathroom, living space with 2 sofa beds and a bedroom upstairs. it was spacious enough to not feel cramped and walking distance to downtown. The pool is convenient with both indoor and outdoor and a bar on site. they have a cool giant Adirondack chair near the pool that was fun to get photos of also. we didn't hear other people partying during our stay and there were cute little sitting areas outside in kind of a courtyard way. golf carts are available for rental on site and they have info about the island.

negatives:
The room was gross. the grout in the bathrooms was so disgusting it probably has never been cleaned. someone else's puke lined the hinges of both toilet seats and graced the walls and tile with splashes near the toilet. there were hairs in the bathroom floor and tubs. the trash can in the kitchen had a bag and there were no extras, but the more disturbing part was how absolutely filty, i mean disgusting and gross and dumpster-like the actual trash can was when we pulled out the full bag. if i hadn't known any better, i truly would have thought someone vomited in it. (really, though... why didn't you leave extra trash bags in a room for 10 people??) the utensils are really lacking, we needed scissors and a wine opener, neither of which we had and when we requested extra blankets, they never came. the bathroom window had
brackets for both blinds and roman shades, but neither of the two on the window. thankfully, it was high enough that nobody could see in. the curtains in the living area and one of the bedrooms are barely hanging on. there were other small things throughout the apartment like room that showed they didn't repair things on a timely manner. the bathroom door upstairs had a hinge door stop that had a missing cushion and at some point punched a hole in the door (small, but still) there was a circle on the ceiling where I presume used to be a smoke detector that had not been repainted to match and there were numerous scuffs along walls. The front door doesn't have a peep hole, so feels very unsafe to open the door when someone knocks, the same door was difficult to close at times, you had to sort of lift up on the handle and it was not spring hinged so it just slammed the wall when you got it open. (we weren't the only ones, you could see where the doorstop had been broken off and there was now a hole for the door handle to fit into. the handrails on the stairs are loose as well. the sofa bed mattresses need replaced, as you can feel each spring and the support bars underneath. The breakfast was mediocre and not served on Saturday. The hot tub Saturday night was probably about 98 degrees and foamy (check your chemicals, that is gross) and there were no towels available at the pool. there was never anyone at the front desk, you had to ring a doorbell and wait. the wifi didn't work the entire weekend.

I would not stay here again personally, and maybe other rooms are better kept with housekeepers who pay more attention to detail, but if i return to put in bay it will be elsewhere.

not impressed.. resort - oh, I don't think so.... breakfast was carb overload with some bad overcooked tasteless baked eggs.. and if you need a nicotine fix going in/out of the main office - this is the place for you.

We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday - staff was friendly - rooms were just ok - hated the tub/shower in our room - it was too narrow to maneuver in - loved the fact of having a golf cart and riding all over the island - stay was pleasant enough. Breakfast was not for me - we ate at another Restaurant.

Would recommend to my friends and stay here again next year.

There was nothing special about this place. The breakfast was just ok, same as the room. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was friendly and kind although they were very short staffed as the front desk attendant was also the bartender. We did have some difficulty with our toilet, which they promptly fixed and with our tv, again they came to fix it quickly but one day we had to ask if they were going to clean our room and then the next day they didn’t and we had to go ask for clean towels at least. Overall just ok for the money paid.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to downtown. The beds in the room were very comfortable but we stayed in a 2 bedroom room with a kitchen. When we booked I asked if it had 2 bathrooms or only one. The guy that helped me book said he didn’t know but he thought it had 2. It only had one which was a little disappointing. There were only 4 of us but they say the room holds 6. I can’t imagine 6 ppl sharing one bathroom. Also don’t plan on having the hotel holding your bags for you after check out or before. We asked and they said “ you can put it in the room where we have breakfast” we asked if it would be locked up and safe and the lady said “we haven’t had anyone’s bag get stollen yet”. So we had to walk around with all our bags. They require you to wear a wrist band as well. The pool was nice though.
