My mother and I, before even arriving, had troubles with our room and had to get a room at a different hotel for our first night in Oxford because of the confusion. Then when we arrived it was a nice place but our room was never once cleaned through our 3 day visit. All our trash cans were overflowing by the time we left. I also heard from a friend the breakfast was not good.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. It is very important to remember that when a " Do not Disturb" sign is placed on a guests door, staff does not enter that room. Housekeepers are present at the property every morning and only stay until all rooms have been serviced. I apologize for the confusion and hope you decide to visit again in the future!

We were a large group and they made it so easy in booking and keeping us all together on the same floor! Went out of their way to be sure that we had everything we needed. Cookies every night made the kids super happy!

We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and the rooms were spacious but we were really disappointed that at breakfast everything ie cups/ plates/ cutlery etc was throwaway plastic. Even the cups in the bedrooms were throwaway polystyrene. Come on Baymont, there is an international crisis and your policy is just plain lazy.

The hotel is overpriced for what they provide. Everything is served on single use plastics ie cups/ plates/ cutlery suggesting no care about the environment. The rooms are well maintained and clean with good beds.

Bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom cramped, no extra toilet paper available. Air conditioning did not cool sufficiently. Breakfast had very poor selection with stale cereal and no staff available to make waffles. Expected much more for the price of the room.
