We enjoy cycling this trail throughout the year. Nice and flat and very smooth. Also good for walking or skating. Good food and drinking options in Howard.

We love riding our tandem here with our dog. Easy to get to parking, flat trail, and nice breaks along the way

The trail is a beautiful way to enjoy nature. Have spent many hours walking, biking, or running on the trail. Very well maintained.

This is a nice paved path that will readily accommodate hiking, running or biking. Pick your pace and distance. It is a rails to trails byway. We (wife, 6YO son and me) only covered about half-a-mile out - and then back on foot at a nice hour-pace with pauses. For longer distances you likely will want your bicycle. The trail will take you from Mount Vernon to Gambier or beyond to Danville.

The Kokosing Gap Trail is a great place to visit whether you bike or walk. It has several entry and exit points across beautiful Knox County to accommodate short walks or longer bike excursions. The trail is family and pet friendly with ample parking for easy access.
