I paid thru Hotels.com in advance and the hotel charge my credit card again 2 days later for the amount of the one night stay. I called the next day and was told it was a mistake and it would take 10 days to get that charge off. I called again 11 days later and was told it was because they are going thru a change in General Managers and that I would have to wait for that person to get back to me. so its been 13 days already and problem has not been corrected.
The hotel was ok - it was not very clean .. long blonde hairs thru out the room (I am bold, so not mine) and when I left in the morning the Police were in the lobby questioning people about possible theft.More
