Still the BEST B&B

Staying here for the 2nd time and this time brought guest from US and Japan. They all love it - with this colonial style which they never experience before. Also my son who has
never touch old cast iron key in his life for his hotel lock got a really big kick out of it.
Best breakfast as usual with Dougall around. Love their dogs.
Another good advise, try to book hotel DIRECTLY thru their website i/o going through booking/hotel/expedia.com etc. The price are the same and cancelation is so much easier. If you book through the internet (not their direct website) you cannot make a change. You have to start new reservation again and (IF) there are still rooms available. Just go to Meredith website and book directly. Trust me. I am a JEDI...^0^

Colonial charm with modern amenities

Noel and Neal were excellent hosts! The breakfast was fantastic (even had a taste of Singapore with their special recipe buns) and the rooms were clean and quaint. Their two terriers were adorable. Excellent base to explore Freycinet from.

Book this one

Great accomodation only a short walk (literally bottom of street) to town, free parking, amazing breakfast, well thought out amenities in the room & lovely owners who were extremely helpful with local knowledge. Would highly recommend this. If ever back in the area would book again.

Warm. nurturing, environment

It is impossible to overstate just how good the breakfast is.. it has to be experienced. The accommodation is close to perfect - everything you could want is supplied and in generous quantities. It is also comfortable.. although the rooms are very well appointed, it's not the kind of place you would be frightened of spilling something on the carpet. Noel and Neil are caring and engaging hosts.

Two thumbs up

We stayed in the mews and had a wonderful time. When we checked in we were given a full run down of who's who and what's what in the town. The room is cosy and boutique with a rear private balcony and access to the back gardens and bbq area. Comfortable bathroom with good over bath shower and a large supply of toiletries.
The included breakfast in the main house was laid on. A quality stay, take time to check out the main house.
