We booked in for a table of 7 + 1 child. The proprietor and staff were very accommodating. We didn’t have to wait long for our food at all. Everybody’s order was correct too. The food was delicious with healthy (large) size portions and the gravy was second to none. I would 10/10 recommend and will be returning again very soon.

There were 6 of us staying for the second time to attend a family wedding. This is an old building so it's full of character with loads of beams and is steeped in history. The rooms are clean and well equipped and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is in the High Street. The breakfast is lovely. There's everything you could want and it's all cooked fresh to order (no dried up buffet food here).

I have to say a personal "thank you" to Nicky and Richard who kept me supplied with G & T's and kept me company while I waited for the rest of my family to arrive after having a nightmare breakdown on the M25. They went out of their way to look after me and were absolute stars.

We look forward to being able to stay there again soon.

We had 3 nice days at The Swan. The hotel which is really old has a lot of atmosphere.Very nice staff and guests from Thame that we met at the hotel pub. The hotel is incredibly nice, right in the center where there is a car park just outside the hotel. It's not the last time we get past The Swan. With kind regards Inga and Brian Denmark

Booked the Swan hotel as going to a birthday party locally. Such a welcome, so friendly, so warm and made us feel like we were really special. The room had everything we needed, comfy bed, lovely shower, tv etc. Breakfast was huge, so be prepared. Taxi we needed was booked for us as we requested, really couldn't fault the hotel or the staff, thank you

A group tour that we were on had a special dinner at the Swan with a featured guest speaker. The dinner, a fixed menu affair, was lovely with a nice soup, wonderful chicken entree, and glass of wine included. Great service and everyone was friendly and attentive. This, too, is a great historical property, although this can present a challenge for the physically impaired.
