We stayed in Hazel cottage with my husband and disabled son, the accommodation is very tired, leak in from the toilet which lead to crawling insects in the bathroom area, during the night the leak would have ran the length of the floor which meant you were having to walk through it.
The "welcome basket" comprised of a cut up fruit cake covered in cling film with no date to use by nor any other details. The kitchen was OK although the bench behind the sink was all mouldy and rotten.
When we arrived (my son being a wheelchair user) we couldn't get into the lounge due to the furniture, the lady who showed us in was pregnant and couldn't get anyone to help us move furniture out until 2 days later, so we had to remove the Sofa and stacked it in the bedroom (which we had to use).More
