We were on holiday and in our 80,s but had to get up early, left the hotel to find some where we could get a cooked breakfast. The only staff we saw was reception and this was OK.
The room was very cold when we arrived, as the heater was turned off, we went out for a meal and when we returned the room was warm enough. we slept well

John was a star, but all the staff were great. Lots of tea and coffee available for the rooms which was a bonus. Hot water and cosy beds.

The price was very very good, location ideal and there was someone waiting at reception when we arrived.

Pretty perfect.

Stopped here after a return trip to Hull from London. The room was very clean & comfortable. The bathroom could have done with a little TLC as the enamel on the bath was chipped & there was rust around the tap unit on the bath, it put my wife off having one. Other than that it was a nice stop over.

Comfortable room let Down by a sagging bed. The surroundings were dirty and full of litter.
Would I return again ? Not likely.
However the stafff at the front desk were helpful
A great fish and chip restursant in nearby Thraoston.

It's a good place to stay.
Theres a Burger King, a Subway and a Gregg's next door.
The staff are friendly.
Room was tidy and everything worked.
Tea and coffee.
And a very fair price for what you get.
Loads of parking too.
Bit of a walk into town and the path can be muddy and a bit tricky. But it's either that or walking round the busy main road. So walking back at night can be a bit of an issue.
