Ideally located on the Wolds Way cycle route. Nice clean rooms, storage for bikes and helpful owners. Being on a cycle tour it was helpful that one night bookings are taken. Hunmanby is a nice place to stay, not far from the coast.

Had a lovely couple of days at the Southgate. Ideal surroundings with shops and pubs right on the doorstep, We stayed in a lovely large double room with all the facilities topped off with an excellent breakfast in the morning.. Couldn't wish for better hosts, very accommodating. I would highly recommend this B&B

This is a nice, homely bed and breakfast close to the seaside. We picked it as we were attending a wedding near by. We booked well in advance and owners were great about advising us which room would be best for us. We stayed in the family room which was huge. The room would improved with black out curtains but other than that had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice and they were very accommodating in terms of letting us have it a little later. For the price we were not disappointed and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for the night in May. We stayed in the family room. The room was lovely and very well presented. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Mick and Sue really do make you feel very welcome. Would definitely stay there again. It's a really nice place to stay. The village is very pretty.

This was booked for us by a relative who lives in Hunmanby. Right from the minute we arrived we were treat superbly, shown the room explained about the different keys, asked what time we'd like breakfast and suggested nearby places to eat. Extremely friendly and our room was extremely large and the bed extremely comfy.

Room tip: first floor overlooking the beautiful church.
