From being welcomed by Rob and shown to our room, to the following morning when we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast prepared and served by Richard, our one night stay was absolutely brilliant. Our bedroom was small but beautifully clean with all amenities we expected. This guest house is very comfortable and decorated to a high standard.

Room Tip: Our room overlooked the rear so was very quiet, although the bed was rather small being a normal dou...

From the moment of our arrival for our weekend stay we got the impression that nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Richard and Rob. We had a warm, discrete welcome, and were shown to our well-appointed room.
Part of the attraction of this guest house is the decor. It has a beautiful, retro feel, yet practical and without in the slightest that "antique" feeling.
The dining room in particular is beautifully designed, with a stained glass window created by one of the owners, being a higlight.
The breakfast is tasty and satisfying, with the potato cakes, home-made bread, and delicious home-made jam being highlights.

Overall, this was a comfortable and delightful stay, where, as a guest one felt one had complete freedom to come and go, yet always with the support when needed of welcoming and very friendly hosts.

I notice this place is listed as a three-star hotel in Trip Advisor, but the overall experience of the stay is much better than some larger four-star hotels I've stayed in.

You will not regret choosing the Warwick for your stay in Margate.

From the moment we arrived it felt like we were turning up at a friends house. Richard was very welcoming and helpful and friendly. We stayed in number 3 at the front of the house which had a fabulous en suite bathroom with a roll top bath and central shower. Very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The house was filled with the smell of freshly backed bread ready for breakfast, which was lovely, you must try the potato cakes. Yummy. And home made cakes with your coffee fist thing.
The bed was very comfortable with the finest Egyptian cotton sheets, we slept like logs.
All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Just got back from Margate staying with my wife in the Warwick for 3 nights 24th to 27th May. Weather was fabulous which is the reason we booked this short break. Stayed in room 3 at the Warwick which was large with a very large bathroom. Rolled bath in the bathroom with shower over it, which was much better for a bath than a shower. Rob and Richard are fantastic hosts. Breakfast choice and ingredients all excellent. Great stay in Cliftonville, Margate.

Richard and Rob never fail to impress! Always a warm welcome to the Warwick and the guys are very attentive throughout and rooms are very comfortable! Equally as good is their cooking! Excellent location along the beauty of the Kent coastline and you wouldn't be disappointed!
