The Inn is amazing, relaxing, and fantastically unique.

Bobbie & Jeff are the ultimate hosts - I think they were born for this. Their attention to detail is evident from the moment you arrive until the second you leave.
I loved that Ellie and Wrigley greeted us like we were long lost friends.

Our room was large, luxurious and extremely comfortable. We were on the first floor which my mother really liked and we had our own private screened in porch=bonus. The bed was so comfortable - I have already reached out to see what kind of bed it is (of course they already responded-no surprise there).

Everywhere you look you can find a niche to hang out and read, or gaze at a beautiful picture, or just sit and relax and feel the peace that envelopes the Inn.

Wine & Cheese on the front porch overlooking the rolling hills was so relaxing I didn't want to leave for dinner. I understand I'm not the first person to feel that way.

Breakfast on the side porch was delicious, a vegetable frittata and fruit, toast with locally homemade jam.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but I can tell you the conversation, most of the way home, was planning when we can go back and who we can share this fabulous place with.

I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful this place is, you must visit for yourself.

Love Sissy

Sissy, thank you so much. After all these years, it was just so wonderful to see you, your Mom, and Carolyn this past week - and made even more special that Judy was celebrating her 75th birthday, too. What a nice visit - memories that I hadn't thought of in years came rushing back - and still are. Our only 'complaint' was that it was way too short!! We really hope that you'll have another opportunity to come back and stay at least a couple of days - and we'll let you know if we're headed down your way. We'd love to meet Doc. Take care!

My wife and I decided to spend our 4 year anniversary at the Welsh Hills Inn. We wanted something that wasn't so far away (about an hour away from Hilliard, OH), but still feels like something out of the norm of everyday life. From the moment you step in, you are greeted by the amazing host of Bobbi and Jeff. They both welcomed us into their homes with open arms. Actually, I'm wrong. We were initially greeted by their two wonderful dogs, Wrigley and Ellie. We are dog people and so this was a pleasant surprise. After getting a tour of the home, we settled in to the Derwen Del, which was an upstairs suite. It was very clean, and adequate, and very nicely decorated. We decided to spend some time by the pool, but unfortunately, and this was the only negative on the weekend, the weather was not cooperative with us, and we had to take cover under the patio. We decided to play board games on the patio, which was strangely refreshing as it allowed us to focus on us, versus being connected to technology.. Our bed had plush sheets and was very comfortable. We gave Bobbi a time on when we wanted breakfast ready. Get ready for an amazing meal! It was actually a lot better than the 100.00 meal we spent the night before!!
Bobbi and Jeff greeted us on our way out. They were always available and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this B and B to anyone looking for a romantic getaway for the weekend.

Sonny, we really enjoyed meeting you and Rachel this past weekend while you were here for your anniversary celebration - as did Wrigley and Ellie! We're so glad that you had such a nice time, even if the weather decided to not fully cooperate with Plan A. The nice thing about The Inn is that there are usually plenty of Plan Bs, Cs, Ds, etc. for our guests to enjoy and do! We hope that the two of you will definitely come back again to see us. Our sincere, heartfelt thanks to both of you.

Bobbi and Jeff are amazing, as is their place, the food, the rooms, the dogs, the afternoon wine and cheese, the pool, the games, the hospitality, the breakfast, the candlelight dinner, the shooting, the view, the setting, the landscaping, the local goods to purchase, the owners (oops, already mentioned Bobbi and Jeff), the reception we got and daily "good mornings"!!! There is a reason this is the #3 or #4 bed and breakfast in the WORLD - it is really that good. If you are anywhere near central Ohio, you HAVE GOT to spend a few nights there.

Room Tip: If you can possibly get the the Berllan Glyn Grande Welsh King Suite, do it!!!!

Dennis and Christine, with all of the places around the world that you have visited and stayed at, we're truly humbled by your review. Thank you both so much. We can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed meeting you (and Cole, too) and that you chose our little inn for the four days around the time you got married. Congratulations to you on this wonderful, new chapter in your lives together. We do hope that you'll have a chance to come back to visit us again to celebrate and anniversary - or just get away when you're back in the area. Wishing you nothing but the very best. Until the next time....

Hosts Bobbi & Jeff have considered every detail to deliver a truly enjoyable stay. We spent the weekend at the inn and took advantage of the great outdoor amenities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably maintained. The breakfasts used local, fresh ingredients and satisfied our sweet and savory cravings. Bobbi, Jeff and their canine assistants rolled out the red carpet, making for a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The layout of the inn and grounds gives the feeling of a private oasis and there are multiple areas to congregate with friends or spend a quiet moment relaxing. We will definitely return. This is the best kept secret of Granville.

Thanks so much, Aaron and Claire. It was so nice to meet and have the four of you here at The Inn this past weekend for Denison's Reunion. We really enjoyed having you as our guests - and look forward to the time when you can return again for another visit. Wishing you both the best....

We have stayed at many B&B's all across the country (probably 30 or more), and we rate Welsh Hills Inn as our favorite. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautiful, the art displayed all around the inn is wonderful. There are books everywhere, tea and snacks available all of the time, a beautiful porch to enjoy. There is so much to do right at the Inn, and Granville is a lovely college town. Both of our breakfasts were delicious, and Bobbi and Jeff are as kind as anyone you will ever meet.

We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub since we visited in mid-May, so I guess we'll have to go back soon! It is our expectation that we will make this an annual visit.

Gail and Bill, thank you so much for the incredibly kind words about your stay at The Inn last month. We really enjoyed meeting the two of you and hope that we'll see you again sometime soon. We've been feeding the fish regularly at the pond, so we're fattening them up for your next visit! Wishing you both the very best and hope you've been enjoying this glorious spring weather up in Monroe. Until the next time....
