What a lovely place. The welcome from the Cleaver family showed us what was to come,a lovely room with great views, beautifully furnished with a great selection of teas and coffee and homemade shortbread. The breakfast was superb. All in all one of the best B and Bs we have ever stayed in.

This is an excellent place to stay. I was researching some family history in the Binstead area, and was lucky to find such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Top quality rooms with ensuites, and a super breakfast. A quiet location alongside a lake, plenty of parking, and the very helpful owners John and Diana were able to add to my knowledge of the island and made constructive suggestions about places to see and to dine. We stayed three nights, and slept soundly in a comfortable bed. Definitely deserves it’s rating of 5 stars.

Room tip: We had an excellent upstairs room with an unobstructed view of the lake. Quiet and well equipped.

We stayed there for 5 days.
It was PERFECT for us - so cosy and quiet. It was really hot the days we spent there and Diana gave us a fan and sheets to make everything comfortable to us.
John and Diana were always there for a little chat, they gave us information and advice which was very helpful.
The breakfast room seemed to take us back in times - we sat there like a king and queen waiting for the outstanding breakfast Diana prepared for us. Fresh food from the local area and their own farm, freshly baked bread and delicious jam and handmade marmalade - nothing else can top that.
We decided to come back next summer. It is really worth staying there.

Room tip: We had the apple room - cosy and quiet

Quite the best B&B we have stayed in!
Located minutes from the Fishbourne ferry terminal, set in quiet countryside - this beautiful farmhouse B&B is ideal. A very warm welcome; spacious, spotless rooms, towels thicker and fluffier than the "Four Seasons" hotel in San Francisco's, quality toiletries and great home cooking.
We stayed with John, Diana and Becky the puppy while at an event at Havenstreet Steam Railway - on our first night, John telephoned the local pub and booked us a table, at his suggestion - for which we were very grateful - the food was excellent. It was lovely to return to a selection of teas and coffee with homemade shortbread before a lovely hot shower and crisp white bedlinen.
Every time we saw John and Diana they were so enthusiastic and interested in our day, fellow guests were full of praise too.
This really does live up to every good review - real professionals!

We stayed with Diana and John for a short weekend break and they made a great stay on the Isle even better.

The Farm is in a great location quiet and away from the town but still close enough for a walk into Ryde if you feel energetic. The Farm itself is a beautiful and the room was nice and homely but still had all the modern things we need to get by.

Diana and John recommended a great pub for dinner (The Taverners) and where quick to offer advice about places to go and what to look out for.

If you are looking for a nice place to escape to on the Isle of Wight then I cannot recommend Newnham Farm enough.
