Saturday night three of us dined here as a treat as it's our favourite Indian food place. The food, as always, was lovely, tasty and fresh, however we felt a bit let down by a few points.
There was the tired and worn leather seat of the chair, the 10p sized hole in the table cloth in the centre of the table- something that was blatantly obvious.
Service was polite and helpful as always.
The disappointing thing about the food was that it wasn't piping hot. Dishes and bowls it was served in were cold and the food was luke warm, which wasn't great.
As regular customers, mainly takeaway, we were slightly deflated by our meal at the restaurant because of the small things, which all added up. Attention to details and bit of a tidy up of tired things would be recommended.
