gym is covid safe and feels great to be back the staff are well trained on the covid in and outs, very clean gym and wonderful staff, Big thanks to girls on reception for a lovely welcome when i arrive, and always lovely to see Jennie , always happy to help

There is no doubt that COVID-19 has spread a lot of fear regarding the safety of establishments and so to read your feedback and observations of what we do here is great. Yeah, its like a hotel in Blackpool. you know the type.... seen better days, scruffy, just not what you would expect from a village hotel.
Noise was an issue too, with doors banging etc.
Bed was fine but with the noise made sleep sporadic rather than consistent.
Dull , drab interior, catering for workers rather than family or couples judging by the decay and feel.

Stayed here the night before a work conference... upon arrival I was disappointed that the bar closed at 9.30pm (arrived at 9.45pm) but otherwise the Welcome was good and helpful.

During the full day conference we saw over 100 people.... used a total of 6 rooms and at all times we felt very safe and COVID secure. Each room was fogged after every use, hand sanitizers on every doorway... good use of staff to ensure directions were followed.

I shall be staying again 1 night each week for the next few weeks but I'll be sure to arrive in time for drink next time!

Been a member over a year always happy with the service I receive, gym and pool area kept clean and covid regulations in place. Staff members friendly particularly Debbie on gym reception who's always greeted us with a smile and friendly chitchat.

We stayed in October for 2 nights over a weekend and can’t praise the team highly enough. Every member of the team was welcoming and friendly which made us feel really valued. We were really grateful to Gemma who looked after us exceptionally well, making sure we had a great stay . Gemma went above and beyond.

We were impressed with the breakfast, freshly cooked and very tasty. The bar area had a nice atmosphere even with social distancing in place.

Covid is taken very seriously and we felt very safe there. We’ve stayed in a number of Village Hotels and the service we received at Hyde is by far the best. Would very much recommend staying there and we will be back!
