“Great little home-from-home!”
Reviewed 3 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

My wife and I booked a last minute getaway for a couple of days. Southwold is a great place to visit with loads of great pubs and places to eat. The Adnams Brewery Tour is a must!
The cottage is really well located in a really quiet street a very short walk from the middle of town. Behind the cottage is the common and loads of parking. The cottage has the feel of a real home. It's not huge but it was more than big enough for us. It was clean and comfortable and the owner was really helpful. If you want a comfortable and perfectly located place to stay in Southwold, you'd be a fool to pay over the odds to stay 2 minutes walk down the road! If this place is available, book it!

I really like this review! How nice that it was noted Weavers Cottage 'has the feel of a real home' because this is exactly what we want Weavers and Loom Cottage to feel like! We try to think of everything guests like to have at home (within reason), so that they can enjoy the same level of comfort when on holiday. These lovely people have done a great job of promoting our services, and if I could award them a rating it would be 5 stars too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you....we are so pleased you both enjoyed yourselves.

“Well-located cottage with friendly, helpful owner”
Reviewed 20 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We stayed at Weaver's Cottage for a week in March 2016, having booked direct. Kerry, the owner, was always quick to respond and friendly. She was also super-helpful while we were there and I felt like nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is tucked away down a quiet lane at one end of Southwold High Street, so it's really nice and quiet, but a great location to access the shops, Common, library or playground and also not too far from the beach and pier. It was a good size for our family of three (myself, my partner and our 4-year-old daughter). I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Hooray! Thank you for awarding us top marks and for saying such nice things about me, it was my pleasure to be as helpful as possible! We try to ensure that our guests enjoy their holiday as much as possible, and it’s great that you found the cottage well situated. It is important to be conveniently placed, especially with a ‘small person’ in tow! Thank you again, and we do hope you feel rested after your stay…and it’s great that you will spread the word and recommend us to others!

“Loved Weavers Cottage !!”
Reviewed 18 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

Stayed at Weavers Cottage for our Anniversary/Valentines weekend with our dogs. It is a lovely cottage that has everything you could possibly need, Kerry has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable :)
In such a great location down a quiet lane, Murphy & Paddy loved being so close to The Common, so lovely walking down there on a cold frosty night ! We enjoyed being so close to the Adnams shop .....
You won't regret staying in this lovely cottage - Thanks Kerry x

Thank you so much for this lovely review, we would love to see you all again (including the pooches). It’s great that you could have such a good time (and we’re glad you were so comfortable) , especially in frosty February! The Adnams Shop is certainly full of yummy goodies, and the Brewery tour is excellent as well, so it’s good that this was conveniently situated for you! We really appreciate the ‘top marks’ and will endeavour to ‘keep up the good work!’ Thank you again, it’s a lovely review…..

“Perfect location and really well equipped”
Reviewed 31 January 2016 for a stay in January 2016

A lovely weekend at Weavers Cottage. Clean and warm, right next to the common, and only a short walk to beach and shops/pubs. We have previously stayed at the owner's other cottage next door, and this is the same, really thoughtfully equipped with everything from wifi and current DVDs to tea and coffee. Lots of helpful info provided about the area. Highly recommended.

What Grade A guests! 5 out of 5! Hooray! We would love you to come back because you were very friendly, very tidy and you say such nice things! On a more serious note though, thank you very much for this review, and thank you for coming! We've only just started offering short breaks so... so far, so good! Much better value than a hotel, especially if there are a few of you!
