After a work colleague recommended going to Hunstanton to experience an unspoiled seaside town the search was on for a good B&B. After much searching we opted for The Bays Guest House as the pictures looked great, the rooms looked comfortable and clean and it had excellent reviews. We (Me, Mrs, 16 year old and a 12 year old) arrived at the guest house and immediately were impressed with the the parking availability and generally how tidy everything associated to the house was. We met Jane who gave us a quick tour of the house and our 2 rooms (one twin and a superior king). The house was immaculate and the rooms were both perfectly presented including a selection of teas, coffees and even galaxy hot chocolate. The bathrooms were spotless and you could smell a faint scent of bleach (which my wife absolutely loves). The kids immediately asked for the WiFi password and the Internet speeds and quality are good. Amazingly, the chocolate/sweet bags available from the minibar are actually pretty much the same price as a shop rather than being 300% the cost. The Guest house is a 5 minute walk to the sea front so close enough for access but with the added benefit of being quiet. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. Home-made bread, full English breakfast with top quality ingredients and nothing was too much hassle for Anna. All in all as my title says "If you are looking for a B&B in Hunstanton look no further". We will definitely be returning.

Room tip: The 2 bedrooms at the front with bay windows are great.

We had a one night stop for my wife's birthday. The room was very nice and the shower amazing. Everything is very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and my wife's was brought out complete with candle and a happy birthday sing along. This was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this b&b

This is an intimate B and B with only six rooms, tastefully decorated with modern facilities, clean and sumptuous. The nice thing about the rooms are that there is a well stocked refreshment/snack basket which is not over priced and the breakfasts are cooked to order.

This is a lovely warm and friendly place to stay, with the sea at the bottom of the road, but sufficiently close for a wander to the town centre.

Great access to the surrounding areas by car too!

only had two nights stay and really wished I had booked longer, it was a lovely guest house. very friendly staff, my single room was brilliant, so much on the hospitality tray including teapot, lots of everything but as I'm a tea drinker this was all I needed? The breakfast, well choices unlimited, fab full English , and all variations, home made bread for the toast, think also a lot of local produce, would definitely recommend this property. and will go back again, very convenient location for the town and sea front . Could not fault it.
