Returned from a holiday with three lovely friends a few days ago, great time was had by all. The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly. Good Food and can recommended the beach taverna for lunch always plenty of salad, fruit, cake and various pasta.
Kostas the waiter very friendly by the end of the first week would always remember our choice of drinks. The animation team work extremely hard especially Mate and Ilaria, with Mate always ensuring that every evening that he was working would always advise guests where and what was happening that evening. Ilaria also very friendly always greeting one member of our party by name followed by a cuddle.
The bar staff of an evening worked extremely hard, Stavros and his fellow barman would also remember the drinks that we requested of an evening.
The only down side to this hotel is that it is not suited for peiople with a mobility.
problem and is 30 minute walk into town (although it is very scenic and only 8 euros in a taxi for your return. So special thanks to all the staff who made our stay very pleasant, special thanks to Mate, Ilaria, Kostas and Stavros. with regards MIke and Mary.

Room Tip: Stayed in 508 has a seaview

Went on the 28th April 2017 for 10 days had a fantastic holiday. Complex is fresh, clean and quite a size with it's own bit of beach. The rooms, towels and bed linen were changed and cleaned daily. Was happy with the variety of food and drinks. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, Irene looked after us at pool bar, Stavros and Pamleas looked after us at evening main bar. The Animation staff were very entertaining and lovely absolutely loved it. You freebies are your pool towels and the safe for your room. The only one drawback is no lifts in this complex it has alot of stairs which I didn't mind at all still loved it, not great for someone with bad mobility though. Overall great holiday thanks Jet2.

Our first family holiday with our 8 Month old boy was on the whole very enjoyable but certain things could have made it great. The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant Irini in the swim up bar was friendly as were the whole team in each bar. We stayed in room 305 which was child friendly being on the ground floor and the friendly cleaners ensured the rooms was spotless. We booked the hotel via Jet2 who said the hotel was close to Hersonissos , however they failed to say the walk is really difficult for those with young children (pushing buggy). Coaches/cars on narrow lanes and most importantly very undulating. Apart from this walk into Hersonissos there are no places to walk with a buggy other than the hotel grounds which was very disappointing.

Another area we were disappointed in was the evening meals. Breakfast and Lunch were excellent and the food and service was great. The evening meals however lacked any sense that you were actually in Greece, constant buffet eating gets tiresome after a week. One evening out of 7 we had Greek Night when we got Moussaka/Stuffed Veg/ Lamb / Seafood the food was superb. The other nights it was pasta/fried food and various meats in gravy.
Due to the huge amount of Germans in the hotel i believe the food was catered simply for their likes. The lack of seafood was unbelievable given the locality to the ocean and the superb seafood Crete has to offer.

The drinks on the all inclusive package were adequate, the mixers were incredibly sweet as was the red wine. Cheap spirits were used but they were ok if not what you would normally expect in a 4 star plus hotel.

For a British couple with a young family i would not recommend the hotel due to the locality, the lack of ramps (constant lifting of the buggy to pools/bars) and the amount of Germans (i would say 98% and when together they do get rather ignorant).

I don't want to get to negativity about the Hotel as the rooms are great and the staff are brilliant, incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The main issues we had was the lack of walking around the hotel and the evening meals. For a couple wanting a break in the sun who are not bothered about eating local dishes then this hotel is ideal.

Despite having an enjoyable time and meeting some wonderful people (staff) we would not return to the Hotel.

Room Tip: Get towels out early if you want a spot by the top pool. Don't expect to eat in the hotel every evening if you want something different.

Staff from start to finish, excellent.Room 112 ,near pool and luckily got sun for 2 hours at night as it was going down ! .Clean and air con if required, bathroom beautiully finished in large tiles .Maid service every day and they have a lot of rooms!! .About 45 mins from airport, 20-25 min walk to Hersonissis, not 10 mins ! but nice walk down hill ,wee tip,get a taxi back only 7 Euro's .Two large pools ,small kids pool ,one pretty quiet for the quiet people ,pool next to beach better !.Food was very good ,something for everyone morning noon and night.Only thing I would say, certain countries dont care about the house rules "No Shorts " at dinner which I think is right but I would say about half did every night, pretty ignorant .Apart from that ,staff excellent,Georgios,Sophia,Gianna at the pool bar ,Iliria and Stavros at top bar, fantastic people and great fun .All restaurant staff as well were great, everyone !! .Animation team try there best, but again some people pay pennies and expect champagne, they were all hard working to try and please everyone .Would go back to this hotel because of all the above ,just was sorry to go .Bars open from 10 till 12 ,all inclusive but again with certain countries they make sure they get there moneys worth and then bed !! Place cleared then but just go to the town ,Hersonissis, and have a ball !!

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room away from the pool bars .Don't go to a large complex and expect it to be quiet all the time.

We have just returned from seven relaxing days at Annabelle Beach Resort. Wow! everything is exquisite. Up on arrival the exterior is 5 star. The reception area is outstanding and service on reception very professional. The rooms are of good standard and cleaned every day. There are lots of steps so not good for disabled people. The food in the restaurant and the pool bar is excellent. The bar service is good with professional staff who remember your favourite drink. I liked the bar with the stools in the pool.
We were given a voucher for a free 15 minute massage to use a the spa.We visited the spa and had a massage which I paid extra for a full 45 minute body massage. It was carried out very professionally would recommend a visit. The staff were very friendly and made you so welcome.
The animation team provided the usual exercise and entertainment and was friendly and cheerful. The evening entertainment was similar to what you get at most other hotels abroad e.g. karaoke, bingo and singing. To be honest, I do not stay up late so I was not to bothered about that. But if you do want nightclubs then this is not perhaps the type of holiday for you.
Our Jet2 rep only visited the hotel on Monday and Saturday so as we arrived on Tuesday, we would have had to wait half way through our holiday to see her to book any excursions.
So we walked up the road and booked a boat trip to Sissi. It was a five hour cruise costing 25 euros each. We were collected from our hotel and taken to a near by town about 10 minutes away to the boat. The boat trip was ideal and the snorkelling was brilliant. We were taken to Sissi port but this place is very disappointing. It has a few bars on the front and then everywhere else is derelict and deserted. We walked round the bay and went snorkelling for a couple of hours until it was time to return to the boat.We loved the boat ride but they should have paid us to go to Sissi!

Room Tip: no good for disabled travellers as lots of steps
