As you arrive and walk through the huge totally white reception foyer, and under a very large suspended, and I presume, historic white beam, towards the smiling face that greets you at the again themed white reception desk, you are immediately immersed in expectation of just what you might find in this state of the art luxury Hotel, preceding down the stairs (there is a lift) you pass several high class shops, and then passing through the bar area you immerge onto a splendid terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful views across the bay ,and see the general layout of the hotel. Settle down in the luxurious seating area, perhaps watch the sun go down with a coffee or cocktail. As the sun disappears and the artificial lighting takes over, you are treated to a wonderful display of lighting bounced off hidden water, giving a "dancing flames " effect on some of the walls. your accommodation is as expected in a 5 star establishment of the highest order, several room types are available, all have the same attention to detail, you will find only the finest sanitary wear, drapery and bedding in all of the rooms, some of which have their own dedicated pool, others are two storey "villas" with pool and garden. the hotel boasts five individually themed restaurants, all providing the highest quality cuisine, sadly my stay was far too short to fairly review them, but as expected the service is excellent with food to match. if you are looking for a WoW factor this hotel certainly has it. bearing in mind that my visit was in the first week of opening, the hotel is totally finished and fully open, but I expect there is bound to be some fine tuning, so hopefully when you arrive it will be better than perfect.

Room tip: all rooms have sea views, possibility of noise from pool next door if your accommodation has one.
