I stayed in this hotel for 14 days from 27th Nov to 11th Dec 2020. Room #301.
Hotel ruthlessly did the preauthorization on my limited funds and ensured that myself and my family left with negative balance. This led my family couldnot have the meal for the whole day till I get some help from the friends.
The staff is either new or unaware of the basic things to handle situations like this.
Front desk is not upto the Hilton standards ( except Shawn, who is reasonable and professional )
I for sure recommend my friends, corporate and everyone to stay away from this hotel.
Even after 8 days of checkout from this hotel, my funds are on hold and yet to be released from the "Pre- Authorization"
Talking to the Hilton Corporate is good for nothing except heard few "Sorry". But the issue is yet to be resolved.
This is not the hotel to stay and I will never never opt this hotelMore
