The hotel is poorly maintained. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The phone in the living was visibly broken. The iron had top broken, so water was spilling on clothes while ironing. The kitchen didn't have a scrub and soap. They decided not to do housekeeping after 11am and didn't inform us that their workers were leaving for the day.

Our room wasn't clean, there were ants all over the kitchen (in the cabinets, on the counters, in the silverware drawer), the bathroom sinks didn't drain, they were clearing out breakfast 30 minutes before it was scheduled to end and when you told the staff of the experience, they offer so compensation.

Absolutely a horrible experience. Everything in the room was broken, house keeping never came, pool is cloudy, grill wasn’t working, bar closed on a Friday, and staff was rude. Great location with other hotels in the same area. Stay there!

This hotel is a typical Homewood. They offer mini kitchens, separate sleeping area, and pull out couches. There is an indoor pool and an extremely small workout room. Our room and common areas were clean. Breakfast and happy hour are included. I would not rate this near the top Homewoods I have stayed at. However, it was the least expensive in the area and a 10 min drive downtown. The breakfast was ok, not the best. I would stay again.

The frontdesk staff was very rude. I've been a Hilton Diamond member for half a decade now and it's the worst experience I've ever had. Reported the incident to the Hilton Diamond help line. They created a report on this. Aside from the rude frontdesk staff, the hotel was good.
