The location of property was great. It provided easy access to downtown &a attractions. However, parking lot required us to get up early mornings to pay fees to avoid being towed. This should have been included in up front fees. The owner was late responding to phone calls & messages on arrival. So, we had to notify Tripadvisor. The TV remote only allowed one channel. We just wanted to catch up on the news. The carpet could have been cleaned & housekeeping could have done a better cleaning. After, searching for the second tv remote, we noted cleaning was not up to par. It looked clean on surface only. We heard loud noises from outside bedroom window around 3 or 4 am. There was no microwave in this loft apartment. Imagine that.
