They have some of the best soup in the area. Tia Food is all about the soups and the souses. They also serve the regular dishes. They do not serve any alcoholic drinks. And the are no open on Mondays.

Many menu options. Ethnic food is well described on the menu. They have HUGE wings. They cook everything fresh so, you may have to wait longer than a fast food restaurant. The Pho (soup) portions are huge. I take what I do not eat home. Family atmosphere. They do not mind special requests like no cilantro.(I hate cilantro and they use it a lot).

Plenty of vegetables. Nice size portion. Noodles were good. Nice menu. Plenty of parking. But.... the broth was bland.

We tried Pho Saigon for the first time and were concerned when we got there as the place was empty. We ordered the summer rolls and found the shrimp were spoiled and tasted nasty. The shredded pork in the rolls was barely present but plenty of lettuce.
Maybe the restaurant is better at Chinese than Vietnamese food?
