I know everyone has different opinions about their stays. Ours was a POSITIVE one! Jill was super nice, very helpful, informative when checking us in. Our room was on the 1st floor and due to the ceilings being very high, we did NOT hear any noise/walking from above us. It was quiet, people were respectful in opening and closing their doors, the beds and pillows for us were comfy. It is an older hotel, but the room was CLEAN, bright lights in the room and the bathroom, the tub drains, the water was hot and the pressure was great! They could use new carpeting in the room, OR, do what a lot of others are doing now and go to hardwood floors. There was an "Air Wick" plugged into the wall socket which kept the room smelling pleasant all the time - ALL hotels should do this!!! Jill gave us a 10% off coupon to Der Dutchman restaurant across the street. Great food and service there! Even during this Covid - they had a full buffett.....they are behind the glass and serve up the food on plates and hand you.....and then the hotel only gave us a "baggie" for breakfast with a string cheese, cereal bar and fruities packet - go figure - baggie/vs. full buffett....hum....BUT, bottom line: we will stay here again next time!
