Our room was spacious, modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Service was A+. Highly recommended. Value for money. Waliking distance to township. Quite and peaceful. Wildlife noises were an extra bonus to the beautiful setting our room overlooked.

Arrived at the room around 6:30pm. We opened the room and discovered it was a disabled executive family suite which didn't have a bath. We had booked a regular executive family suite which has a bath in it so that was the first disappointment. Then there wasn't enough toilet paper left on the roll for one person and there was no spare roll. Then as we were unloading our car, one of the staff members decided that was the best time to fill gas bottles which was right next to our room. The smell was horrific. It had gotten in the room while we were unloading our car and induced a migraine for me and made my son feel sick. Not only that, our neighbour was outside having a cigarette so that was really safe. The guy that was filling the bottles didn't bother to check if anyone was outside or had their door open.
My husband went to reception and told them the situation to which they delivered a roll of toilet paper to the room while we went out for a little while so the room could air a little.
Wifi was also too weak for use in the room we were in so we never bothered to ask what the password might be. They never bothered to give it to us either which was no surprise given the service we had received so far.
There was no discount or anything offered to make it up to us for the awful stay we had at the Quality Inn Swagsman Miles in Miles.
We think we'll just skip Miles all together in the future if there isn't any other accommodation in Miles. We won't be back to this place that's for sure.

Room Tip: Ask if they've filled their gas bottles for the day when you check in

Booked through one of the accom websites, reception was excellent. Pleasantly surprise to have a complimentary room upgrade, ( being my birthday was excellent). The room was well appointed and i just love those damn noisy cockatoos at roosting time. The restaurant was supreme and a great experience, cheers was awesome.

Room Tip: Room 3 is excellent

We stayed here on a trip up north, modern, fresh, clean. We had a two bedroom apartment with full kitchen, very well fitted out, great location overlooking the creek. There is a restaurant but we didn't eat there. Staff where helpful and directed us around the town. We will stay here next year too.

Excellent Motor Inn. Room was very roomy, separate ensuite at back and kitchenette, tea/coffee making facilities and mini-bar fridge. Mini bar wasn't over stocked, and room in fridge for anything you might want to keep cold. It is within walking distance of town center. Restaurant and Cocktail bar on premises. Cocktail bar overlooks tranquil creek and there is a walk way if you want to stretch your legs. The second day we were there, was a public holiday due to Miles Show, and the hotel put on a BBQ buffet dinner. The balcony over looks the highway.

Room Tip: All rooms are on ground level. Ample parking and Balcony overlooks the highway.
