We stayed at this hotel recently for one night and we had a lovely stay. The staff on reception were very friendly on arrival and we were quickly checked in and found our room. It was lovely and big, nicely decorated and looked out across the gardens. Our evening meal and breakfast was of great quality! We were very impressed with how organised the use of the spa facilities was and really enjoyed our slot in the pool, sauna etc. We had a lovely relaxing stay!

We attended the Santa brunch on Saturday 19th with our grandchildren. It was superb!
It was so well organised, with distanced tables and having Santa attending the tables to interact with the children was just perfect!

The characters and entertainment was also really good, the children loved it.

Thumbs up to the catering staff too, the breakfast was very enjoyable, and very well organised to keep people safe
A great time had by us all.

During these difficult times, it was so nice to see how much effort you had put in to keeping both customers and staff safe. Well done!

Can’t wait to book for next year!!

Treatment at the spa was absolutely beautiful only good thing to come out of the day. Paid £75 per person 9am-5pm which when booking stated full use of the facilities between these hours when in fact you get 1 hour for the pool and 10 minutes for the sauna throughout the day! In other words we paid £75 each to sit in the ‘relaxation room’, a sofa with music playing all day. Then the food we had was terrible. The menu consisted of fish so in exchange we asked for sandwiches off the full menu. This cost us just over £30- for SANDWICHES. We were more than happy to pay for what we had perceived would be our day but very let down when having the actual experience so will not be coming again. Do not recommend misleading and over priced.

We stayed here, room 25 which was very modern and beautifully decorated. We had dinner at the Palm Court which again has beautiful decor, very Art Deco. Food was great and high quality. Friendly staff always eager to help and felt very covid safe.

Loved our stay and really look forward to returning. Keep up the good work!
