Stayed here for a trip to Chester Zoo. It's located near the popular retail park and within easy reach of the Zoo and Chester. The staff were friendly and well trained, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. It also has a health club with a pool which was great for the children. Would recommend.

The hotel is brilliantly located for Chester, Chester zoo, Blue planter aquarium as well as Cheshire oaks outlet. It is located in a quiet area and situated in the middle ifnthey canal with lots to see. The kids loved to 2alk round the outside of the hotel looking st the boats, fishermen, ducks and locks.
Rooms are tidy and spacious we had a family room (double double). Check in was easy and breakfast isbehat you'd expect continental or traditional. A nice balance and service is good but it gets busy.
Perfect for the kids and for us and the bar and restaurant is well priced meaning you can stay in if you choose too or it's 10 minutes to Cheshire oaks where there is a huge variety of eateries and entertainment for the kids or grown ups too as well as blue planet aquarium. Only 15 minutes or so from the Zoo. Close enough to the motorway for those travelling into the area too!
The location as I said at the start is perfect for the main attractions in the area.

From the moment we arrived to when we left the experience was great. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was fab and couldn't be faulted. We had dinner one night and this was good as well. Wish we had stayed longer as the hotel we have moved on to on our road trip is shocking in comparison. Can't wait to come back.

Stayed here for 2 nights for Easter and I. Have to say the hotel is flawless.
Beautiful rooms, comfy beds. Lovely breakfast, fantastic staff, especially the lady at breakfast time, didn't catch her name sorry.
Pool was lovely. Perfect spot for visiting Liverpool, Chester, Chester zoo etc. Lovely view of the canal boats over breakfast. Thank you for all your hard work in looking after us

Stayed here for one night on 2nd August, hotel is in a lovely location and has car parking. We are a family of four, the room had two double beds and was clean and spacious. Check in quick, friendly helpful staff. My son made use of the swimming pool. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of choice. Great stay and we would use this hotel again.
