Lovely hotel with lots of history, very warm and welcoming with pleasant and helpful staff, the food was very good, would recommend without a doubt. The only thing I would say is that do not book a room at the top of the hotel as the stars are a bit narrow and steep and the dividing walls are rather thin.

There was a lovely feeling to the hotel as soon as you walked in with a log fire burning.
Room was good large & clean ( they put us in the Bacon room, where else with our surname being Bacon), would have liked a shower but not an issue.
The restaurant was really nice & the food was excelent, staff were efficient & friendly, all in all a great break

I booked 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast for my husbands 70th birthday this included entry to Bletchley Park. We loved the trip to Bletchley and then on return to Flitwick Manor we ordered tea to have in our room and we’re able to enjoy a lovely pot of tea sitting in the conservatory that was attached to our room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The dinner menu didn’t change so it meant I would have had to have the same main course twice but the chef made me the best risotto I have ever had. The food was amazing. The room was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful birthday for my incredible husband something we will remember always.

Lovely welcome by the open fire., Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very polite - cannot fault their professionalism. Having a drink before our evening meal was very refreshing and then being called through when our dinner was ready - a much better experience. Food was very good - although felt the starter was quite a big portion.
Breakfast choice was excellent - had the kippers.... a good light choice. Surroundings were calm - very quaint rooms., a hotel full of character.

Room tip: There are no numbers on the rooms - so don't forget the name of your room!

A most pleasant atmosphere from when we walked through the front door. Warm welcome and simple check in. Very nice room on the ground floor with access to the grounds. Excellent bed linen and bathroom towels and facilities. Plenty of bathroom extras, soaps, shampoos etc.
A very welcome addition for those staying a minimum of 2 nights was you being happy to tidy your own room vouchers were issued for a complementy drinks. A nice touch!
The staff were always pleasant whilst providing excellent service. The Manager has recruited and trained staff very well.
All meals were superb and a credit to the Evening chef and breakfast cook. Well cooked, well presented and ample portions. Excellent service.

Room tip: Rooms 14, 15 & 16 are on the ground floor overlooking the gardens.
