We stayed in Valladolid for two nights while checking out some cenotes and of course Chichen Itza. We chose this hotel due to another comment on trip advisor and we were happy with our choice. We found that overall, prices for places to stay in Valladolid were very overpriced and even at 290 pesos, we thought Lili was a touch overpriced as well. That being said, the hotel itself is great with super friendly owners who really take care of the hotel. It was spotless with people cleaning constantly which is rare in Mexico we have found. The room had two massive beds, a TV with cable, a private bathroom, a little table and chair and a bench. We had a fan which unfortunately only had one speed. Hyper turbo! The fan was also noisy but at night at least this drown out the city noise which was not too bad. The wifi reception was decent, not great but not terrible and the free water near the lobby is nice as well for guests. The bus station in only one block away and the main plaza only two blocks away so the location can't be beat.
Overall it was a above average stay and would recommend it to others visiting as we did walk around getting prices for the rest of the city and this was the cheapest for a big private room.
