A good base camp for visiting Prince Edward Island's beautiful national park beaches (our favorites were Stanhope, Dalvay, and Greenwich dunes). In this peaceful and natural setting, we drank our morning coffee watching birds and foxes cross the property. Big cathedral windows offer a tranquil water view of a placid bay, but we visited during a hot spell (86 degrees F) and those windows at the front of the cottage drank up the afternoon sun, making it quite warm. The owners were kind enough to get us a second fan to help with the heat, and on the plus side, the bedrooms had great air flow for evening breezes. Kitchen equipped with dishes and pots for cooking. Nice deck for dining or relaxing after a day of exploring. Laundry facilities were very convenient.
Perfect getaway to kick back and relax. Not to far from Charlottetown yet far enough away to be out of the city. Right on the water
