We live in Boylston, so no need to stay at Seawind Landing. But last evening, 4 of us who share the same wedding anniversary, dined at Seawind Landing. What a delight!
The food, the atmosphere, the service... all impeccable. How lucky are we to have this
treasure down the road. We will return!

Along with another couple, sharing the same wedding anniversary date, we had dinner at Seawind. This was our first visit and we were amazed... by the service, the food, ambiance- everything. Thank you- we'll be back!

My husband and I spent a weekend at Seawind, and it was absolutely fantastic. It was our first weekend away alone since our kids were born, and as it was our 20th anniversary, we decided to jump in with both feet and take the full three days away.

The inn is in a very peaceful location, and the rooms are conformable, quiet and clean. We were made to feel extremely welcome, and our hosts gave us lots of personal attention. We were having an issue with our cellphone service, and they let us know right away we were welcome to use their office phone to call our kids if we needed to. That was really kind of them, and helped to make the weekend worry free.

The food was one of the stars of the show. The soups were delicious, as was the salmon, scallops and other dishes. The blueberry stuffed french toast was so good!

The package that we booked included a packed lunch, and the the sandwiches were really tasty. It was all prepared for us when we came to breakfast, and our host even gave us a map with some local points of interest marked out so we were ready for a fun day of exploring.

I'm not a "dog person", but the resident furry friend was a lot of fun. He came for a walk with us, and was really well behaved. There are trails to walk on, beaches, lots of birds ( it's a great spot for birding) and Tor Bay provincial park is just a few minutes away.

If you are looking for an escape to somewhere that you can really relax without a care in the world, this is the spot for you.

A lovely spot well off the beaten path. We were received in a very friendly manner and shown to our room, just what was needed after a long day travelling. Difficult to describe the quality of the location. See the headline and enjoy. The room was just right and the quirkiness of the situation made it all the more fun. We had time to stroll the immediate area, so peaceful and tempting to explore. Do take an additional torch for a late night stumble around - it is so dark. Hooray; darkness is a treasure and the stars are visible in profusion. The more usual things were good too. The food a genuine surprise in Nova Scotia and pleasantly different. Breakfast in like manner expands the waist.
We only stayed the one night which was a pity; we would like to return. Please say hello to Teddy for us if you do visit.

Room Tip: The upstairs rooms 7,8, in the annexe have gorgeous morning views over the sound
