We stopped for lunch on the way back down from Quirpon, Salads were reasonably fresh. Calamari was different than any we'd had before but was okay. Service was less than stellar, they seemed bored with their jobs.

This was a mixed bag for the four of us. We arrived and ordered dinner four different seafood dishes. After a while, the waitress came back to announce that two of these dishes were not avaialble. Later, three dinners arrived, and we were told that one MORE of the dishes was out. So that one was changed, but it meant that one meal came 15 minutes after the others. All this could have been avoided by letting us know up front about what was available or not. There were some other issues. For sure the best meal they serve is the pan fried cod.

This place is attached a motel so it's actually open year-round which is different from most of the other places we've been. Lots of locals eat here so everyone knows everyone by first names....sort of family-ish. We shared the seafood plate (mussels, local shrimp, cod and halibut and salmon) and a Greek salad. The fish was great even though the salmon was a wee bit dry. I was worried about the Greek salad but it was also great! Almost shocked that they actually had feta cheese out here in the middle of nowhere! The dressing was perfect, too. Homemade blueberry pie a la mode for dessert. NO complaints!

Seafood linguine - delicious, served with a ton of mozzarella cheese melted on top. The local cod was very good as well. But it was not an inexpensive dinner. Oh well. We were on vacation!
