Second time we have stayed here during a ski trip. Lovely one bedroom suite includes full kitchen, a balcony and washer and dryer. Pet friendly for an additional fee. Liquor store, restaurants and market all within a block walking. Lifts about two blocks - can ski through village to them to start the day. Main hotel has the outdoor pool. Outdoor hot tubs also available at The Residences. Finding bed a little soft, and no check in at this building - need to go to main hotel - hence the 4 and not a 5.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom residence, which was really quite nice. Had a full kitchen including microwave and space to entertain. Two things to be aware of, some rooms can be noisy due to air-conditioning conduits rattling, the other is the internet. Found it to be a little hit and miss depending on where you are standing at the time, also it is open not secured. Staff where quite friendly and helpful, and having two bars makes it easy to get some apres in. Close to lifts and there are two ski lockers (one at each end of the building) making it easier to get skis out and back.

Our family of five had a great stay at the Residences at Sun Peaks Grand. Specious modern suites, comfortable beds, great housekeeping, kitchen and eating area; who could ask for more. The hotel is truly ski in ski out. We kept our equipment in the ski storage room downstairs and found it very convenient. The outdoor hot tubs were very nice(although on our floor only one of them had jets). My only complaint is the street noise level at night. We could hear every conversation from the street below(we were on the third floor). I'd recommend not staying on the street side but on the inner side of the hotel. Overall, we had a great ski vacation.

This trip our family stayed in the Residences. They are large spacious suites with full kitchens. The location is fantastic, just don't get a room above the bar if you are a light sleeper or have kids.

Dear Guest

My apologies for the noise from the village area impacting your sleep. As you saw, the Residences are at the heart of the Sun Peaks village and unfortunately it appears some people in that area made noise that impacted your sleep. I'm sorry for how this affected your experience.

Kind regards,
David

Where to start... Great access to snow, the residences are roomy, well serviced & we slept well in a comfortable bed. Our outlook was of the classic village, and to mountain views, beautiful. We had two issues which could have been problematic but they were attended to promptly by a professional serviceman - most impressed! Loved the outdoor pool& spas - yep a very happy family holiday.
