Very well kept, clean, family owned, cozy hotel with 15 rooms. See Kailey she's the best. Super friendly and helpful. Plus came and checked on us to make sure we were happy with the room. Made check in and out very easy. I liked the parking directly in front of the room. Really good value for the room. Only con is the prices at the restaurant were high for the portion and quality. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

A lovely little lodge on the edge of Cache Creek. The rooms were very nice and it was a great place to stay on Thanksgiving evening in Canada. We had a lovely dinner to celebrate in the connecting restaurant. The room was comfortable and nice and quiet.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back of the property are away from the main road.

Stopped here for some lunch on way from Whistler to Sun Peaks. A large log cabin and not many people in. Sat down and then the place started filling up. Excellent service from an excellent waitress. menu was not extensive but very very nice. probably stopped here one or two days before it was evacuated due to fires Hope everyone ok.

Room Tip: Stopped only for lunch

Had to stay in Cache Creek due to forest fires closing roads north. We had comfortable beds & good advice on places to eat as their restaurant hadn't reopened after they had returned from being evacuated. The owner was very interesting to talk to & enjoyed chatting to him.

We were travelling with a large group and I didn't read the paragraph in the trip plan to book into one of the other older hotels. Staying at the Bear's Claw was no mistake. We really liked the lig cabin style rooms and modern western feel.
