Their rewards program sucks. They expire. I have requested they be reinstated and they did not. I only stayed here because of the location. choose your rewards program carefully. If you are not on a rewards program this is a good place to stay.

Easy and quick check in/check out. Clean hotel. Close to many food options and stores. Interstate access is close by. Pool was clean and very kid friendly. Breakfast service was good, but would have enjoyed a few more options. Overall 9/10 - would stay again!

I arrived at this hotel and was impressed with the staff. When we arrived we were in a hurry to get to an event and they made check in very easy to work with and got us checking quickly. The room was very clean and the staff makes you feel right at home.

The hotel was Easy to find and was a decent price. The Employees are very helpful, and our room and the hotel were very clean. It would be great if hotels would reverse their cleaning policy for those who stay more than one night. Rather than clean every room every day, only clean the ones who request it. day, I don't need clean towels everyday at home, why should I expect them in a hotel room?

In regard to the towels, our policy is that we only replace towels that are on the floor. We have a blue sticker on the bathroom mirror with instructions as well to reduce the confusion. I will talk to my housekeeping staff to make sure that we are all on the same page.

This is a fairly standard Hampton Inn if you are familiar with the property. However, I will say that this property has a rather unique suite design. Long room with a desk area that divides the bed from the sofa area. There is one TV in the middle that will swing towards the bed or sofa.
