Fantastic The room is comfy breakfast is delicious when you need to relax from work this is a good place to do it you can get a lot accomplished, if by chance you forget some Office supplies example paperclips the front desk is willing to help you with your business section

The hotel is newer. Nicely maintained. Very helpful guest services. Good hot breakfast. Breakfast staff is Midwest friendly. Convenient to freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Stayed on the way through and again coming back. Better than usual WIFI.

Great hotel...good location half way between Chicago and Billings where we were coming home from...amazed at the bargain price and pleased with all aspects of service...It is a good night sleep for sure...thanks

A/C unit was very loud, even when turned onto low. We were really looking forward to a dip in the pool, but it is really only for children. It is a zero entry, starts at an inch of water and gradually goes to 3'-6". There is a large spraying water feature in the middle, and a pillar with 2 basketball nets. We had just stayed at a Hampton Inn in Kentucky with an amazing breakfast, which was part of the reason we booked here. But breakfast was disappointing: cold tasteless eggs, the only fresh fruit was cantelope that was past it's prime, and the waffle maker was broken.

On behalf of our entire team, please accept my apology for our shortcomings with regard to your stays. I can certainly understand your frustration and disappointment when you encounter a problem during your stay. You bring up several concerns, none of which were addressed during your stay to make things right. Rest assured we will be focusing on all the above issues this coming weeks with the department heads to ensure those mistakes are not repeated.

Our stay in Fargo at the Hampton Inn was just so so. The front desk clerk Peter was adorable and gave us the best recommendation for dinner (Porter Creek Grill -- fabulous food). The room itself was just average and the water pressure in the shower was anemic. We had to ask for more toilet paper and we waited more than 20 minutes for them to bring it to us. We were on our way to go get it ourselves when the girl finally arrived. The people in North Dakota are 99.9% cheerful and helpful, but only Peter at this hotel fit that description.

I would like to sincerely apologize on behalf of our whole team for the experience you had here. The level of service was below expectation, and that is unacceptable for us and our guests. Please know that we have let the appropriate departments know of the errors committed, and are working diligently to correct these wrongs and ensure they do not happen again. Thank you for brining taking the time to comment on how wonderful Peter was during your stay. Peter is a valuable team member and a great asset to us here at The Hampton. He is nothing but a joy to work with and it brings me great joy to see him mentioned in the guest review. I will be sure to pass on this feedback to the rest of the staff as an example of what great customer service looks like and to make sure he is personally recognized at the next team meeting.
