We've eaten lunch here twice lately. The buffet offers a wide variety of pseudo-Chinese dishes, so there is bound to be something appealing to most people. You can load your plate with all you can eat, which may or may not be a good thing,
However, today some of the food on the hot table seemed to be warmed over, bland, and mushy. The hot and sour soup was thin and lacked flavor. The pineapple wedges at the dessert table were overripe.
On the prior occasion when we dined here about two months ago the food was better, in fact, much better, so I'll just call it inconsistent. Hopefully we will be pleased when we return, but that probably won't be soon.
